• Newsletter subscribers: To send occasional updates about new book releases, beta reading opportunities, and behind-the-scenes content from the GODZONE Universe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Beta reader applicants: To review your application and contact you regarding your participation in the beta reading programme. If you opted in, you will also be added to the newsletter list.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

How Your Information Is Stored

Your data is stored securely in a MySQL database hosted on Hostinger servers. Access is restricted to the site owner (Alex Vizcroft) only. We do not use third-party email marketing platforms or CRMs to store your data.

For manuscript delivery to approved beta readers, we use StoryOrigin, which has its own privacy policy. Only approved beta readers are directed to StoryOrigin, and only the information necessary for manuscript access is shared.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as described above (StoryOrigin for approved beta readers only).

Your Rights
